Skipper Courtship

This pair of Skippers were alternately fluttering in quick tumbling circles around each other in the air and jostling each other on flowerheads.  I couldn't get a clear idea which was persuing which.  Maybe they were taking turns being in the lead.  There are about 3500 species of skippers.
