Bug's train. Today Bug inspired his therapist with his very own way of dealing with processing the day. He told her that life is like a train. During the day the train travels on the tracks and picks up everything you see and do during the day. At night the train goes to the yard to unload the bad coal from the day. It sorts out what you keep and what you have to let go of. And the next day it starts again. His therapist was so moved by this she is going to share it with the other children she works with. It is a marvel a child can have such a pure and wonderful idea on how to deal with and take ownership of his own anxiety. And that he can give this idea to help other kids.
